Hi, I am Darija Ćatipović.

I thrive on digging into customer problems and applying my knowledge to provide innovative ideas for design solutions that will help support the needs of customers. My love for it is so great that I can't help "collecting data" while listening to my friends' problems.

I have held many different design roles throughout my career, but no matter where I worked or what I did, I was always taught the same lessons:

- to dive into a new project with an open mind and be ready that my hypothesis may be wrong. This approach enables me to discover original solutions, insights, or mental models without being too attached to one way of doing things.

- to align, lead and grow with teams. I love to win, but when I do with my team, it gives me even greater joy.

- to constantly learn and adapt to innovative technology. It is a crazy, fast world out there, and if we don't keep up, we are out of the game.
